We guarantee that emr4MD software and its accompanying modules in the 4MD Suite will work in accordance with the certification standards set by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) of the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under the provisions of the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health (HITECH) Act.

Federal Stimulus Payment Guarantee:

We guarantee that emr4MD Software meets the current meaningful use requirements outlined by ONC and makes available all the features a provider needs to qualify for stimulus funding under the (HITECH) Act.

We guarantee that emr4MD software will continue to be developed and enhanced to meet future clinical and market demands as well as any future requirements set forth by the ONC.

Financial Guarantee:

Our financial guarantee applies to those eligible providers seeking HITECH Act Federal Stimulus reimbursement payments that are actively subscribed to and using emr4MD and 4MD Suite software to achieve “meaningful use” as outlined by ONC.  Should the eligible provider seeking *HITECH Act reimbursement payments be denied due to the functionality of emr4MD or 4MD Suite, we will credit the eligible provider 100% of their subscription fee up to six months until the eligible provider qualifies for said payments using emr4MD and 4MD Suite software.

*This guarantee does not apply to those users who fail to correctly provide the collection of data required to calculate the percentages (Objectives requiring numerators and denominators) which will be the basis for determining if the “Meaningful Use” objectives were met according to a minimum threshold for those objectives or provide other specified criteria as required.  This guarantee does not apply to those EP’s that fail to meet the Privacy and Security rules related to the HITECH program.
